In this position, you will be responsible for growing Salams in Germany and neighboring countries. You will be a key member of the marketing team while making a positive impact on the Muslim community. You should be very organized with a good pulse on how to utilize different marketing tactics to grow usage for the Salams mobile app.
Salams is a fast-paced start-up. Month-to-month activities can change drastically; to succeed in this role, flexibility and proactiveness are critical.
What You'll Do
As a fast-paced, growing startup, we're looking for a Marketing Manager in Germany who is responsible for driving. This includes:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the German market, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and target key customer segments in Germany to increase user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with the local audience.
- Utilize social media platforms effectively to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Plan and execute local marketing stunts, events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new users.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into local trends, preferences, and competition, and use this knowledge to optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, engineers, and customer support representatives, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
